My pix were not resized. I use an app that has settings for very low-data resolution photos ("Open Camera"). It is great for EM-ready snaps.

That is a green stripe on the lip, but not pin-stripe decal. It is forest green spray-paint.

A couple years ago Cali reissued the classic 1960s plate type after a statewide vote. It costs $70 extra annually (4 weeks of my fuel savings, depending on gas prices--or about seven days of my depreciation savings). I like the plates because they atr usually only on high-end cars. It is my way of subtly sending a message that this is no ordinary beater, without resorting to bumper stickers, which I dislike because they are too limited by being too literal almost all the time. I am sure the subtle message is lost on most people who view my car. But every now and then, the plates draw questions and wondering like this. It's "mysterious"! lol

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
