Glad to be here, pinching penny's
, getting the most efficiency out of my car..
My "fuel saver" is a 93 Acura Integra GS 5-spd manual. Currently averaging about 29-30 MPG combined city and highway, beating EPA estimates for straight highway by about 10% or more, roughly. Currently practicing steady acceration with shifts between 2-3k rpm, unless needed otherwise, and highway cruising 55-60 mph (the gearing on my teg really impacts fuel efficiency on the highway at any higher speeds). Also using engine braking when it makes sense. Sometimes riding the draft behind semi's on the highway.
