I've experienced mild pain from gaming on my phone for most of the day. Lesson is, don't game all day.
Our youth face much bigger problems though, such as limitations on free speech, which is a limitation on thought, and promotion of an authoritarian state. As Peterson mentions, compelling speech in a small way does not result in the death of millions, but it's the first steps towards that, and we don't want to even begin heading in that direction.
