That looks more like a touchpad similar to the ones used instead of a mouse in laptops than a touchscreen.
Back on topic: at least here in Brazil it's still usual to find ATMs that have a CRT touchscreen, plus I have also seen CRT touchscreens in a handful of other applications. Well, even though it would be a lot challenging to the modern need for portability of electronic devices, it may in fact lead to some questions on to which point CRT was really so obsolete and difficult to adapt for stationary applications.
