Thanks for the warm welcome. Since I am more of a performance enthusiast than anything, my goals are not strictly Eco related. But I still have to drive to and from work and I figure the less fuel I use doing that, the more money in my pocket. So I guess I would say that my goal is to just get the best milage out of my car, while still having a daily driver that is fun to drive when Im in the mood.

Oh, I also use lucas fuel treatment with every tankful. I am a firm believer in this, and on all cars that I've used it in have seen a constistant 1-2 mpg bump (and a cleaner smelling exhaust, not that I make a habit of sniffing exhaust or anything). From what I read about gasoline refinement, alot of good stuff is stripped out of our fuel for EPA concerns, but actually is detrimental to improving air quality, etc. In my SC400, I am able to run Lucas with standard fuel instead of premium octane and still beat FE on premium. This leads me to believe that Lucas makes up for the instability of the lower octane fuel and thus the computers normal tendancy to retard the timing for lower octane fuel which would result in lower FE.
