Are your Leaf calcs made on MSRP, or on MSRP minus the federal and state purchase rebates?

Those rebates effectively lower the starting price for depreciation calcs.

I think Georgia had fed $7.5k + state $5k stacked = 12.5k total rebates, for example. And I've read that's where used Leafs are cheapest.
