You would probably be better served if you ask this question on d-series.org or honda-tech.com. Maybe someone here on EM will chime in with knowledge, but I personally have never done such a swap. Check out this honda-tech thread:

Deck height and piston type matter, obviously. A proper timing belt selection could be tricky, too, depending on which block you select.
Here is a guy with d15z1 head on a d16y7 block:
