Three posts in 11 minutes?
Reminds me of Jack Rickard's rant about magic rocks. Some of them lie in the sun and create electricity. Problem is some of the magic rocks are bots sowing discord on Facespook.
Maybe it's cheaper to bore tunnels than erect buildings?

There's a philosophical position that says leave it in the ground until you understand what's going on down there. Electrically, and what-not.
