I doubt it. The Civics don't. And the Sport and Base manual transmissions have the same gearing, so I bet the VSS, which is embedded in the trans, is also the same.

But if you are staying below 55mph most of the time, get lighter smaller, LRR tire/wheel combos so you can benefit from reduced rotational mass.
