Congrats on the move, Bill!
I used to spend a fair amount of time in Delaware, specifically in the Bethany Beach to Fenwick Island region. Great place. Move just a few miles inland and it becomes soooo much flat farmland. Like, midwest flat.
Good for pulse-and-gliding, I think.
