Nice job, hey. The plugs and filter replace will certainly help engine function immediately. It might help FE too. Might not be perceptible, but you had to do that stuff, of course.

You could just get tools on a need basis... start with a ratchet an a small set of heads covering the common sizes on your Toyota. The most common will be 10mm-17mm, but sometimes an 8mm and a 19mm. Buying piecmeal is not the cheapest in the end, but it makes the smallest dent in a tight monthly budget.
