Nope.
They're saying that if fossil fuel emissions continue uncontrolled, we will see two to four degrees of warming over the next hundred-odd years.
They make no claims beyond that. And it's obvious that we can't continue to burn fossil fuels for a hundred more years. We only have enough coal for fifty.
