Seems to be about word-smithing,precision,or intentional ambiguity,so as to allow for 'interpretation'.
I'm presuming that there are protocols,conventions,and if you're going to overturn a prior ruling,that it will require some serious work.
If it can be done 'legally',then it will be what it will be.
The movie, 'The Rainmaker,' is a layman's look into some of the inner workings of the system.The Merchant of Venice is my favorite.I rooted for Shylock.
Keep your eyes on Juliana v. U.S. this November I think it is.
