I am just now beginning to perform a few aeromods to my '94 Geo Metro XFi, it's a clean 55K original mile car with very good compression and in excellent running condition. The last tank prior to the first mod, a full lower grille block, was 62.45 MPG. That was keeping it at or below 55 MPH on my highway portion of the commute and a good bit of engine off coasting around town. I've set 70 MPG as my goal and feel that it should be doable with a few more mods, next up will be an air dam.
