Car people talk about cars being better for old people with arthritis. Truck people talk about trucks being better for the same. My grandmother used to have one of those recliners that help you to your feet. I am now visualizing an air bag system on my mom's Camry that makes the driver's seat six inches higher, but tilts the car towards the driver.

Hmm... I would need to figure out how to make the driver's seat rotate at the same time.

So, she does not step out and then stand up, she just puts her feet under her and straightens.

This would be especially awesome for someone in the passenger's side, in the back. They might be an extra two feet from the ground!
