Nice MPG!

I see some low hanging fruit from HX rims & rear wheel skirts there.

15" alloys, 195/60R15 & 44 PSI to 14" HX rims, 185/70R14 & 60 PSI = +3mpg city @ 40 MPH, +2mpg highway @ 55 MPH for me. Really helps in climbing hills.

If you do wheel skirts, test with cardboard first. Seems like they need to be carefully constructed to clear the wheel and yet not add frontal area.
