Wow, annual cost a 10% of construction cost. Wish my bank gave me 10% on my savings.
It does give me 0.02% actually.
It will take many thousands of years before I become a millionaire on that account. Building up from 2 whole cents does not help either.
(I'm expecting them to either drop my account or beg me to withdraw those two cents, so I'm keeping it up for the hell of it)
