I believe that people would consider me a monster if I tried to create a process where people need to earn a license to have kids. It seems inhumane to deny people the right to have kids they cannot support.
I have always considered myself poor (and not particularly happy), but I have been in many homes that made mine look amazing.
Then again, we find the time and money to fix things that break.
When I drove a school bus we had expensively-dressed kids with iPods walking out of shacks with new cars in front.
Priorities.
We had a financial briefing at Fort Lee where they asked what shouldn't be bought on credit. My roommate shouted "Weapons!" and everyone laughed.
