Looking at the datasheet for the AVX capacitors, it appears max current on them is 180A:

The Eaton capacitors are rated for 26 amps continuous and 220 amps peak:

The Maxwells have an "absolute max" current of 170a:

Looks like a 6s2p configuration would be safest, so as not to pull double the current rating on the caps?
