I heard more than once that cheap chocolate was bad because it have too little cocoa seeds amounts and much sugar, and the pricer brands had more cocoa. But on supermarket I find cocoa seed in powder and it's not expensive, and you can make chocolate truffle (condensed milk cooked with chocolate) with it and get very good like if you had used good chocolate.

White chocolate it's worse from health than blacxk chocolate.
Dark chocolate have properties good to humor, and can even release depression.
