Those who appear 'healthy' on the outside can harbor subcutaneous fat,surrounding their organs which can easily shorten their lives.
And dozens of episodes of Dr.G Medical Examiner,depict,otherwise 'healthy' individuals who just dropped dead one day,with no prior symptoms,due to atherosclerosis,and 80-90% arterial blockage.The only symptom was death,which was only diagnosed at autopsy.
