Not to say all the added weight of an old cast iron transmission case, BUT because of it I was advised it could most likely handle the extra torque put into it by a 350 in first gear....
And they used to run 90 weight oil...more drag.
I think I am down to two choruses: the 6 speed or a stand alone OD.
