A couple vans I was interested in in the past were the Toyota Previa and the Mazda5. The Previa was cool with it's mid-engine. And supposedly the supercharged models got better fuel mileage than the non-turbo models. I always wanted to build one with a supercharged engine and a standard transmission. Too bad the second generation and diesel Previas never made it to the USA.
The Mazda5 is cool in that it is almost a compact car in a van. It's really the only one in that class that ever made it to the USA. Some even came with 6 speed transmissions. Too bad the 7 seat versions never came to the USA.
