Thought I'd throw these up here after doing some research. The HCH1 and CR-Z gearboxes have both proven to be almost completely interchangeable with the Insight's. Chances are decent the Fit's gearbox has interchangeable internals but a different, more laterally compact shape. The bolt pattern for the 2015+ Fit and 2016+ Civic are likely different but some gears may be interchangeable with the CR-Z box.
