I want to say... maybe but probably not. The CR-Z box will bolt up but chances are good the internals are different, it being a 6 speed. The final drive *might* fit but don't hold your breath. I'd love to see someone try anyway though.
The Accord 5 speed is an exception because it's actually a 6 speed box missing its 6th gear.
EDIT: I sent an email to MFactory, a maker of custom Honda gearsets, to see if they know. I'll update this thread if I ever get a response.
