I don't know when I started this, but it was years ago...
I sleep with earplugs in - no kidding - those foam plugs made for shooting guns and so forth.
Basically, when I go to sleep, I'm out of pocket - dead to the world!
If you wake up by a clock, just make sure you can HEAR IT with the plugs in!!!
What I do is use a clock radio, and turn it up as loud as it'll go...  |
Me too. Not all the time, but when I know I am going to sleep in and I know it will be noisy, I pop-'em in.
