I’m working on a way to remove the front clip. Thinking of creating “A-pillar” inserts. That way if I need to get into the deeper repairs, I can remove the windshield and detach the A-pillars. Seems like a lot but I just changed the thermostat in my son’s 2002 Passat and it was a nightmare.
