The new RAV4 Hybrid hasn't made it to fueleconomy.gov yet. The Toyota website says 41/38/40. Greencarreports.com is claiming 39 combined.

The hybrid only comes with AWD and is $800 more than the gas version. It starts at $28,750. Available "Spring" 2019.
