The G1 is good for a commuter but it would be nice to also fit 3-4 and maybe a dog. I think it will be easier to find a nice used Cruze as well. I still live close to work and we seem to need even more room travelling so I'm not looking yet. But in a few years we plan on moving 30 miles out for my last 4-6 years working, then any of these cars (or especially an electric) would about pay for themselves in gas.
