Of course, the SR version probably won't get into the hands of drivers until a year after the LR version launches, which will also probably miss the anticipated launch time frame.

I'd really like to see EVs in the $25k range for them to be a real threat to ICE. Personally I'm not willing to pay more than $20k on a new vehicle, and much less on a used one even though I can "afford" it. Cages (4 wheel vehicles) are like a hammer to me. I don't need an expensive hammer, I just need to drive the nails in.
