I think that we discussed a Cracked page about someone's experience in prison. He wrote that many guards wanted to be cops, but had anger management problem, which was a terrible combination.
Do guards start out decent, but prisoners bring them down? Do prisoners start out okay, but guards bring them down?
Is it one vicious circle?
