Yeah, I suppose money is like electricity. It has quantum potential until that potential is realized.

How much micro plastic is emitted from the time a plastic grocery bag is manufactured, until I use it and it finally gets burned in the Brooks incinerator or buried? My guess is not much.

Eliminating plastic grocery bags from the store doesn't eliminate my need for the plastic bags and my purchase of them.

Then, I'm not sure my heavy duty reusable bags are more environmentally friendly in the long run.
