As a woman, I bought into the Arcimoto because it is made in Oregon, all electric, under $15,000 (I qualify for all $5000 in rebates), and is self limiting for my son with autism. How can 3 people take rebates on one "car"? I have no idea how Oregon works but that seems wierd. Why wouldn't 3 or 4 people get together and get a free one of these? Or 20 get together and share a Tesla for free?
