I would recommend seeing a doctor, though since you live in America (not sure what VA in your profile is) i guess that might be pricey. If you have a normal/healthy enough lifestyle and you still have these problems then it might be something, something you don't even know what it is.

I have an illness (since i was 10) that causes excessive fatigue both mental and physical and joint/muscle pain, after any kind of activity that a "normal" person would consider easy enough. Though a lot of the time you don't feel it till the next day, and boy do you feel it, more sleep, healthy diet and activity don't help. The joy that is M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (i hate that name) to most people. It's just a suggestion, I'm no doctor or expert, just a sufferer.

It does vary greatly between sufferers so some of those in the Other Symptoms might not be applicable.
