Race is funny. I'm white as anything, but calling me "white" calls on me to take ownership of what was aimed at my family generations ago and right up to my own time. Reparations are a great idea, but when do we set the time on them? Even right before I was born there was a big argument about whether my people had blended in enough to be considered real Murricans.
