I tested a tankful of non-ethanol gasin my old Festiva and found it was basically just more expensive with no visible benefits. Of course that was in a twenty year old putt-putt beater, so who knows what it would do in a newer car
I do run non-ethanol gas in all of my lawn equipment, generators, pressure washer, and my boat since it doesn't gum up the carbs. Maybe I should run it in the Volt since the tank that's in it is the same one that was in it when I bought it last October
