Sadly, no. I'm currently taking the car on a 2000 mile road trip and don't have time to look at the wiring for that for a few weeks minimum. I may be able to program a microcontroller to output to the cluster if it uses a simple analog signal (I'm thinking it's just a fuel count from the ECU).
But really, I'm just at the point where I'm very proud of having adjusted the engine maps so that it doesn't die every time I shift to neutral and take my foot off the gas. Boy that was tough to drive in town, given that the brakes go rock hard when the engine dies.
In other news: first two tanks are in the fuel log, and I have a *lot* of room for improvement. Driving at ~65-70mph to Michigan in 5th gear (~2800-3000rpm) because it won't hold 6th right now, I averaged a hair over 43mpg. That, plus roasting the tires a few times and embarrassing a few Mustangs and a Corvette. Lower than I had hoped, but not too bad all things considered.
