There should be a license to have kids as there is already a license to drive. Stupid and horrible human beings, with poor morals, should be forbidden of bried.
State allow kids to grow in horrible families with horrible and ignorant parents that are terrible examples and terrible citizens. So the state somehow have responsability.

But church and conservative people think reprodution it's holly and everyone, even the most horrible people, should be allowed to bried. And they are also against abortion even when the fetus have no brain or no nervous system yet.

Stupid people nowadays are making ou civilization dumber, since they are the ones who most have lids today, and the one that most use drugs and alcoholl, many even during pregnancy. They are passing more bad genes, since intelligent people that are good citizens today have fewer kids.

Leftwing don't want to hear about genetics, since for them everything can be blammed to reacism and social differences. And they teach stupid people to only blame other people. They also support drugs.

As you can see rightwing and leftwing have politics that don't help.

In future we will see the consequences of dumb and drug users high bried rates, There will be lower incidence of genes linked to intelligence and higher incidence of genes linked to addiction and violent behavior.
But I bet we are already seeing it... in some degree.
