In ND where I'm from, it's fairly common to be going 85 (my wife is a lead foot, I don't go that fast) and have people go past who are obviously doing 10+ mph more than us. Granted it's usually lifted 4WD pickups, not prii, but I have seen hybrids and econoboxes do it too. Of course this is also the land of the flat and straight, about 75% of the east-west drive through the state is absolutely flat, and if you stop at Dickinson it's more like 90%
