as for the neon thing, being in high school, the words "f@g" and "gay" are just as exchangeable as the word F***. They can mean lots of things, dependent on how they're used. Saying *** or gay can mean that its dumb, it sucks, that they are actually a homosexual, and so on.
As for the ramming thing... I WAS GONNA SAY THAT
If you have off road lights, you probably have a brush guard... that's where ramming doesn't hurt your vehicle comes into play
