I think that was just a typo (or confusion with the Model 3 mentioned just before); the guy in the video said 0.26, but it isn't official.

ETA: If it is 0.26, that's very good, especially compared to something like the Bolt which is a similar shape but 0.32. Goes to show how much details matter.
