I haven't done any EoC with my new engine yet, but I've noticed (when I've occasionally stalled it) that the brake pedal goes rock hard without the engine running, whereas with the old engine you could brake hard 5+ times and still have vacuum without the engine running. I wonder, was there maybe a 1 way valve to the brake booster that didn't come over?
