That's almost as dumb as saying I should have to share my land with stupid west coasters who evacuated after the big one, that they know has been coming for at least 50 years hits them.
A lack of planning on their part is in no way an emergency for me.

I didn't just end up in the 6th least population dense state that is fairly seismicly inactive and beyond the reach of sea level rise, tsunami and sea cyclone by chance. I started out in the east coast.
