Every tree that burns, which could live to 100 years, 1000 years or 3000 years, immediately loses almost all its carbon storage. Also lost, is its carbon storage potential, because it isn't growing anymore. Then, man-unkind continues to think of more reasons, NOT to provide the same natural carbon storage space. Case in point: Jair Bolsonaro, elected Brazilian president, increased whacking the Amazon forest by 88%. Jarhead Poison is a super-"don'T rump", but isn't super, specially if he tries to become a lifetime dictator.
