I measured a 6% hit, based on steady speed testing I did with a Canadian market Micra (same 1.6L engine & AC components as your Versa).

I know most people don't get great mileage out the Versa and have even read on some Nissan forums of mileage as low as in the mid 20's. I think driving like an old man helps. Most of my driving is rural roads and usually in the 45-55MPH range so very little driving it around town or at high speed.
