A lot depends on your definition of "mass shooting". Some counts use 3 or 4 death/injuries, most are not random shooting it a public place.
"There is no broadly accepted definition of a mass shooting. Gun Violence Archive defines a mass shooting as a single incident in which four or more people, not including the shooter, are "shot and/or killed" at "the same general time and location."
Counting the 14 yo that just killed his whole family, or the criminal resident that killed a woman and her 2 kids in their home a few months ago IMO doesn't fit a "Mass Shooting" but is counted.
