Also had one of my headlights get smashed when a friend backed into my car, and as compensation he offered to buy a a pair of new ones. I'm thinking of going back to LED (for now) to cut down on complexity and weight. The projectors are really nice, but if I don't have to crack open the new headlamp housings, I won't. Shame I'll lose the black highlights though.
