We have SpaceX for that. Did you follow his speech at Boca Chica? Mostly the Moon with one obligatory Mars slide at the end.
One way he can contribute to that 50% reduction is using the Starship to replace deliveries via Galaxy C5-A Starlifter. Make more sense than the New-York-Toyko red-eye.
