What I'm talking about is a device that alters the voltage going from the gas pedal to the ECU which opens the throttle body butterfly on drive by wire. The more voltage added to the system the quicker the throttle body butterfly reacts to the pedal input. Lower voltage slows the response time and is supposed to increase efficiency.
