The $35,000 was increased in price to something like $35,600 and is still available for purchase. You can get it in 2 weeks or less.

I don't consider a $600 price hike to mean the $35k model doesn't exist or never did, especially since that's less than inflation since the original proclamation that the car would start at $35k.

Elon has pretty well made good on everything but time frames.
